IS KESC TRYING TO SAY ONLY MIDDLE CLASS STEAL ELECTRICITY

It seems the idea KESC trying to convey in its new add Campaign aganist theft that Middle class of Khi steals electricity. And in case any 1 from that class does it, then they will be humiliated in public by name being published in news paper which is again violation of fundamental rights( as an FIR only amounts to an accusation not a conviction & an accusation can be disproved). This Sunday I got a chance to view that list and I was surprised to find out that only residential flat owner (mostly) were listed. Here I would like to clarify that I am not blind and ignorant like an ordinary citizen, every person who is some how connected to KESC, Gov or Law Profession Knows that Majority of electricity is stolen by: 1 Gov Ministers & Politicians, Factory Owner, Feudals, High ranking Gov & Police Officer, hotels & restaurant( f.y.i. half of Zamzama is on KUNDA I can name the Person in Gizri power house responsible but there is no guarantee of my life then), Illegal colonies famous for drugs and arm trade & the least and most un expected category is the middle class citizens who steal a very small amount that too rarely and in quantity enough to operate just 1 A/C. This add campaign has thus again given a documented prove that in Pakistan only the powerless are prosecuted.

P.S. I would like to remind K.E.S.C. the middle class may not be involved in stealing of electricty at a large extent however it is for sure they always endup paying for every one.
